Arguments
FSOMData
FlowSOM datobject, created from FlowSOM::ReadInput, DownloadCytoData ($fSOMData element), PolygonGatingRawData ($fSOMData element) or PolygonGatingGatedData ($fSOMData element)
TreeMetaCl
FlowSOM tree with meta-clusters, constructed within buildFSOMTree (from the data of FSOMData)
MetaClusters
vector of metaclusters numbers or names
