Usage
mapTranscriptToGene(transcripts)
Arguments
transcripts
vector with the name of miRNA precursors
Value
a dataframe with two columns: 'Transcript' indicating the miRNA precursor names, 'Gene_name' indicating the actual human gene names (HGNC)
