Constructor for HLAAllele objects
Usage

HLAAllele(nodes, locusname, ncores = parallel::detectCores() - 2)
Arguments
nodes
Allele nodes from a hla.xml object.
locusname
A valid HLA locus name.
ncores
The number of compute cores to use.
Value
A HLAAllele object
Note
Don't run directly. This function is called by parse_hla_alleles().
