mmaldouble Mother malaria status at the time of breeding (1 if infected and 0 otherwise)

damcharacter Unique identifier for each mother
Sirecharacter Unique identifier for each father
fmaldouble Father malaria status at time of breeding (1 if infected and 0 otherwise)
