Description

Counts of woodland/parkland birds in waterfowl production areas subjected to one of two treatments (cut or control). Data are from Thompson et al. 2016.

Usage

d.woodall

Format

A data frame with 1755 rows and 8 variables:

stn.unit.year

character unique ID (station, waterfowl production area, year of survey)

total

double total count of grassland bird species within 100 m of the surveyer

wpa

character site (waterfowl production area)

year

double year of survey

trt

character identifying if the site was originally cut (=1) or served as a control (=0)

observer

character observer

I.trt

character equal to 1 if observation was after cutting and 0 otherwise
