Description

Survival data collected for a parasitoid (Aphelinus certus) of the soybean aphid (Aphis glycines) over a range of host densities using a laboratory assay.

Usage

Format

A data frame with 55 rows and 6 variables:

treatment

double aphid density (0.5 = one aphid every other day)

replicate

integer Number assigned to each individual replicated for a treatment.

start_date

character Start date formatted by MM/DD/YYYY

end_date

character End date formatted by MM/DD/YYYY

age_at_death

integer age of parasitoid at death (in days)

status

integer 1 = no issues; 0 = parasitoid lost during assay, censor data; -1 = parasitoid lost at start, replacement replicate added
