Filter by Mito Fraction
Usage

FilterMito(E, cutoff = 25, choose)
Arguments
E
Expression matrix or a list of expression matrices.
cutoff
Threshold, only cells with less than cutoff will be kept. Default is 25.
choose
Can be "all" or "Mito". "all" filters based on RP and MT genes, mito just MT genes.
Value
Filtered expression matrix
