Create a mapping table to map between LipidNetworkPredictR and RHEA metabolite names
Description
The function returns a data.frame containing information of
corresponding features from LipidNetworkPredictR, the
RHEA database and ChEBI database.
Usage
mappingTable()
Details
The mapping table is derived from the file
'rhea-reactions.txt'.
Value
data.frame
