Description
Reads digital PCR amplitude data.
Usage
read_amp(input, ext = NULL)
Arguments

name of the input file (character) or input object
(data.frame).
ext
extension of the file ().
Details
The amplitude data means a compressed directory of
amplification.
Value
An object of adpcr.
