Description
Obtains sample names from paths.
Usage
getNameFromPath(path, suffix = "", prefix = "")
Arguments
path
Character or character vector with the paths to convert to sample names.
suffix
Suffix to remove from the file name.
prefix
Prefix to remove from the file name.
