Description
Get table of positive sets for each region and survey type
Usage
get_stitch_lu(survey_dat, species, survey_type, survey_col = "survey_type")
Arguments
survey_dat
A dataframe from prep_stitch_dat()
species
A string specifying the species_common_name
survey_type
A string matching one of: "synoptic", "hbll_outside", "hbll_inside"
survey_col
The name of the column to match survey_type in, one of:
"survey_abbrev", 'survey_type' (default = 'survey_abbrev')
Value
A dataframe
