This function takes a upper triangular HiC contact matrix and returns the full symmetric matrix.

Usage

symmetrize_matrix(mat)

Arguments

mat	HiC contact matrix (should be upper triangular)

Value

The full symmetric HiC contact matrix corresponding to the input one
