Calculates weighted mean
Description
tmt_wtmean calculates the weighted mean of log2FC based on
intensity.
Usage
tmt_wtmean(x, id, na.rm = TRUE, ...)
Arguments
x
A data frame of log2FC and intensity.
id
The variable to summarize log2FC.
na.rm
Logical; if TRUE, removes NA values.
...
Additional arguments for weighted.mean.
