Check if a qassoc_table is valid.
Will stop if not
Usage
check_qassoc_table(qassoc_table)
Arguments
qassoc_table
the table that hold the result of an association
with a quantitative trait, as created by PLINK/PLINK2
and stored as a .qassoc file (for PLINK) or
[basename].<phenotype>.glm.linear (for PLINK2).
Value
Nothing. Will stop if the qassoc_table is invalid
