Install the PLINK tutorial data

Description

Install the PLINK tutorial data.

Usage

get_plink_tutorial_data_filenames(plink_folder = get_plink_folder())

Arguments

plink_folder

folder where PLINK is installed

Details

The data will be downloaded in the plink_folder and extracted in the plink_tutorial subfolder.

The PLINK tutorial can be found at http://zzz.bwh.harvard.edu/plink/tutorial.shtml and is done in the plink_tutorial vignette

Value

Nothing. Will stop if the tutorial data is already installed
