pcaPlot: PCA Plot
In sanger-pathogens/deago: DEAGO: RNASeq differential expression analysis and GO term enrichment reporter
Description
Generates a PCA plot. If images subdirectory exits, will also
save the plot to images/pca.png.
Usage

pcaPlot(pc_list, resultsDir)
Arguments
pc_list
List containing PC coordinates and PC summary from
getPrincipalComponents(dds)
resultsDir
character: path to timestamped results directory
