BuildOGREDataSet
Description
Builds a OGREDataset as a GenomicRangesList for storing and analysing
datasets which can be added by addDataSetFromHub() or addGRanges().
Use BuildOGREDataSetFromDir for adding dataSets stored as files.

Value
A OGREDataSet.
