tsoleary/proteomixr: Label-free quantitative proteomics & D3-Leu turnover

proteomixr is a package under development that is desgined to work with the raw abundance data exported from Proteome Discoverer 2.2 software. The package includes specific functions that are designed to work with the un-tidy data to create abundance ratios and statistics as described in O'Leary et al. 2019 DOI: 10.1016/j.yjmcc.2018.12.003
