Adds a summary of the count result
Description
Adds a summary of the count result to a bsdoc object.
Usage
addCountResultSummary(doc, param, result)
Arguments
doc
an object of the class bsdoc to add the table.
param
a list of parameters to influence the output:
grouping2 indicates whether a second factor was used.
comparison which comparison was used.
normMethod the normalization method.
sigThresh the threshold...
useSigThresh ...and whether it should be used.
result
a list of results.
