plot.GRanges: Plotting function for binned read counts

Make plots for binned read counts from binned.data.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'GRanges'
plot(x, type = "profile", ...)

Arguments

x	A GRanges-class object with binned read counts.
type	Type of the plot, one of c('profile', 'histogram', 'karyogram'). You can also specify the type with an integer number. karyogram A karyogram-like chromosome overview with read counts. histogram A histogram of read counts. profile An profile with read counts.
...	Additional arguments for the different plot types.

Value

A ggplot object.
