Usage

get.probe.parameters(affinities, unique.run.identifier,
  save.batches.dir = ".", mode = "list")

Arguments

affinities	probe affinities
unique.run.identifier	Batch file identifier string
save.batches.dir	Batch file directory
mode	"list" or "table"
