CuffDist-class: Class "CuffDist"

Description

A 'pointer' class to information relative to the distribution-level tests (promoters, splicing, and relative CDS usage)

Objects from the Class

Objects can be created by calls of the form new("CuffDist", DB, table, type, idField, ...).
