Replaces or Fills absent allele strings.
Usage
Filler(x, Locus = NULL, Type)
Arguments
x
Genotype
Locus
Locus column to adjust.
Type
String specifying whether to pad ('Fill') or leave blank ('Remove') absent calls
Note
