Description
Builds table of haplotypes
Usage
getHap(SID, HaploEM)
Arguments
SID
Index number (i.e., row number) of sample ID from genotype matrix.
HaploEM
Haplotype output object from haplo.stat::haplo.em function.
Note
This function is for internal BIGDAWG use only.
