Removes 'NoPattern' classifications from the list of pattern-match information
associated with the best pattern-matches for each contig/chunk
Usage
removeNoPatterns(bestMatchList)
Arguments
bestMatchList

all contigs/chunks classified by 'ProActive()' pattern-matching
