#' Posterior Sampling Distribution
#' for the Elements of the Matrix of Lagged Coefficients
#' Over a Specific Time Interval

#' This function generates a posterior
#' sampling distribution
#' for the elements of the matrix of lagged coefficients
#' \eqn{\boldsymbol{\beta}}
#' over a specific time interval \eqn{\Delta t}

#' using the first-order stochastic differential equation model
#' drift matrix \eqn{\boldsymbol{\Phi}}.
