mris_convert_vertex: Convert Surface to vertex file

This function call mris_convert, using the -v option

Usage

mris_convert_vertex(opts = "", ...)

Arguments

opts	(character) additional options to mris_convert
...	additional arguments to mris_convert

Value

Result of mris_convert

Examples

 bert_surf_dir = file.path(fs_subj_dir(), "bert", "surf")
 asc_file = mris_convert_vertex(
 infile = file.path(bert_surf_dir, "lh.white")
