calcSpTreeDists(neigh, dataLocs, n.trees)
Arguments
neigh
the initial neighbourhood
dataLocs
the initial Spatial data set.
n.trees
the number of spatial trees
Value
A list of the spatial distance of the pairs involved in the conditional data pairs.
