Usage
addRleSummaryStats(object)
Arguments
object
a brentlabRnaSeqSet with colData replicate_group
Value
a list of dataframes for each replicate group in replicateS_sample_list, each with dimensions gene x sample. values are RLE of the gene in a given sample
