TPP is a toolbox for analyzing thermal proteome profiling (TPP) experiments.

In order to start a TPP-TR analysis, use function
analyzeTPPTR. For a TPP-CCR analysis, use function
analyzeTPPCCR. See the vignette for detailed instructions.
