plotData: plotData

In EngeLab/CIMseq: CIMseq is a software suite for analysis of scRNAseq data that has been produced using the cellular interactions by multiplet sequencing method

Description

Returns the data used to build plots for spCounts, spUnsupervised, and spSwarm objects.

Usage

plotData(plot, ...)

Arguments

plot	A ggplot object of class "gg" "ggplot".
...	additional arguments to pass on.

Value

A tibble containing the plot data.
