Phexpo

Phexpo is an R package for enrichment analysis of phenotypes (from the Human Phenotype Ontology(Köhler et al., 2019)) and chemicals (from the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database(Davis et al., 2019)).

Human Phenotype Ontology Citation:

This service/product is using the Human Phenotype Ontology (2019-02-12). Find out more at http://www.human-phenotype-ontology.org

Comparative Toxicogenomics Database Citation:

Curated [chemical–gene interactions] data were retrieved from the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD), MDI Biological Laboratory, Salisbury Cove, Maine, and NC State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. World Wide Web (URL: http://ctdbase.org/). [February, 2019]. Curated [chemical vocabulary] data were retrieved from the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD), MDI Biological Laboratory, Salisbury Cove, Maine, and NC State University, Raleigh, North Carolina.
