Calculate KIR genes frequencies
Description
getKIRFrequencies calculates KIR genes frequencies in KIR calls data
frame.
Usage
getKIRFrequencies(kir_calls)
Arguments
kir_calls
KIR calls data frame, as returned by
readKirCalls function.
Value
Data frame with each row holding KIR gene, it's count and
frequency.
Examples
getKIRFrequencies(MiDAS_tut_KIR)
