Description
make a scatter plot with smoothed colors
Usage
makeScatter(samplePair, showLegend = F, showRegLines = F,
showExpLines = T, useCfgColor = T, at.x = NULL, at.y = NULL)
Arguments
samplePair
the result set data of a sample pair
showLegend
display the legend
showRegLines
display regression curves
showExpLines
display expectation lines
useCfgColor
ignore result set colors and use colors from current configuration settings
