Usage
getGlobalScore(object, meta_name = NULL, quiet = FALSE)
Arguments

S4::SSN
meta_name
the name of meta.data (in colnames of object@score@meta.data)
quiet
do not warn when meta_name is NULL
Value
GlobalScore matrix
