deepblue_chromosomes(genome = NULL, user_key = deepblue_options("user_key"))
Arguments
genome
- A string (the target genome)
user_key
- A string (users token key)
Value
chromosomes - A array (A list containing all chromosomes, with theirs names and sizes)
