plot_coupling: Plot acceptance rate between rungs

For each pair of rungs, plot the acceptance rate between them.
Usage
1
plot_coupling(project, K = 1, phase = "sampling")
Arguments
project
an RgeoProfile project, as produced by the function
rgeoprofile_project().
K
which value of K to produce the plot for.
phase
which phase to plot. Must be either "burnin" or "sampling".
