Description
Produce a plot that indicates the suitable number of realised
sources based upon sampling from the qmatrix.
Usage
1
realised_sources(proj, n_samples = 20, K = 2)
Arguments
proj
An rgeoprofile project
n_samples
how many times we sample from the qmatrix
K
the value of K to check. Note, there is no qmatrix for K = 1, all
points are allocated to a single source
