Differentail Peak Analysis

1 2	diffpeak(bw_summary = NULL, condition = NULL, op_dir = "./", num = NULL, den = NULL)

`bw_summary`	Output from `extract_summary`
`condition`	a column name in `coldata` containing sample conditions. Default NULL.
`num`	Numerator condition. Default NULL
`den`	Denominator condition. Default NULL

Takes output from extract_summary and performs differential peak analysis with Limma
