DEbubblePlot

Description

A function to generate circlepack plot to visualise the marker for each cluster

Usage

DEbubblePlot(de_list)

Arguments

de_list

A list of results from 'DE genes ()'

Value

A ggplot to visualise the DE results via bubble plot

Examples
