locateMod locates modified sites with a peptide.
Usage
locateMod(peptide, aaStart, residueSymbol)
Arguments
peptide
A string. Peptide sequence.
aaStart
An integer. Starting index of the peptide.
residueSymbol
A string. Modification residue and denoted symbol.
Value
A string.
