aksenia/SeeCiTe: Assess the quality of and visualize array CNV callset for trios
False Positives and low quality CNV calls plague many of the array-based datasets. Using the raw signal data and a CNV call file (made with PennCNV trio), this package assesses the quality of calls made. In addition it allows to visualize calls in an informed way.
