alexvpickering/rkal: Run, Import, and Export 'kallisto' Quantifications
Interface to 'kallisto' pseudo quantification utility. 'rkal' automates running, importing, and exporting 'kallisto' quantification. This includes importing samples from ARCHS4 HDF5 data objects. Though general, 'rkal' is primarly intended for use by other packages e.g. `crossmeta` for differential expression and meta analyses.
