Usage
downSampleOnSnap(snap, cluster, n = 200)
Arguments
snap
SnapObject from SnapATAC
cluster
vector of characters/integer
aligned with the cells in snap in order.
n
integer, number of samples in each unique cluster id.
Value
SnapObject
