Usage

checkContrasts(coefs, contrasts, versionName = ".")
Arguments
coefs
vector of regression parameters from DESeq2 (resultsNames(dds)) or edgeR (colnames(fit$design))
contrasts
a list of vectors defining contrasts to be tested
versionName
versionName of the project
Value
A matrix with the names of the contrasts and the linear combination to be tested
