cutGRangesPerChromosome

Description

takes in input a GRanges object, producing a LIST of GRanges, one for each chromosome.

Usage

cutGRangesPerChromosome(GRanges)

Arguments

GRanges

a GRanges object.

Value

a named list of GRanges, one for each chromosome.
