Description
given a GRangesList of samples assigns unique names to the peaks
of each sample.
Usage
giveUniqueNamesToPeaksOverSamples(samplePeaksGRangelist)
Arguments
samplePeaksGRangelist
a GRangeList of peaks, one GRanges for each
sample.
Value
a GRangesList of samples within renamed peaks for each element.
