Usage
ReduceSerObj_HTO(SerObj, removeHTOs = NULL)
Arguments
SerObj
A Seurat Object
removeHTOs
Vector of names of HTOs to remove, if NULL, removeHTOs = c("Discordant", "Doublet", "ND")
Value
A subset Seurat object.
