Calculate AUC

Usage

calculateAUC(set, rankings, cores = 1, verbose = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

set	a list of sets (or signatures) to test. The sets should be provided as GeneSet, GeneSetCollection or character list.
rankings	'Rankings' created for this dataset with AUCell_buildRankings.
cores	integer, number of computing cores to use.
verbose	Should the function show progress messages? (TRUE / FALSE)
...	additional parameters for AUCell::AUCell_calcAUC.

Value

a SummarizedExperiment object.
