assemble_biopax_conversion_chuncks(bindex, wkdir = NULL, output_dir = NULL)
Arguments
bindex
Number of the source BioPAX object:
1-"BioCarta"
2-"KEGG"
3-"NCI-Nature"
4-"NetPath"
5-"Wiki Pathways"
6-"Science Signaling"
7-"Reactome"
8-"RMC".
wkdir
Folder with all files.
output_dir
Where to deposit results.
